Mega IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other countries.
Designated copyright contact
Send notices to our copyright team through the contact page. Start your message with “DMCA notice” so it is routed straight to the right person. You can also send notices on WhatsApp or Telegram using the buttons at the bottom right of every page.
What to include in a notice
For us to act on a notice, please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the channel or title name and the date and time it was available).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified. We may contact you if we need more information. We keep a record of notices received.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the contact above that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Trademarks on this website
This website does not use the logos of broadcasters, networks, sports leagues or streaming services. Any third-party names mentioned are used only to describe device compatibility and belong to their owners.
Misrepresentations
Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages under the DMCA.
