Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Mega IPTV. That is why we offer a free trial before you buy, and a clear refund policy if the service does not work out.

The short version

• You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
• Tell us what went wrong — we will try to fix it first, and most problems are solved in minutes.
• If we cannot fix it, or you simply decide the service is not for you within the window, we will refund you under the conditions below.

When you can get a refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• you request it within 7 days of the purchase date;
• the service does not work properly on a supported device, and our support team has not been able to resolve the issue; or
• you were charged in error, for example a duplicate payment.

When refunds may not apply

A refund may be declined or reduced if:

• the request is made after the 7-day window;
• the account has been shared outside your household or used in breach of our Terms of Service;
• the issue is caused by something outside our control that we have explained before purchase, such as an internet connection below the recommended speed or an unsupported device;
• the plan was bought through a reseller — in that case, please contact the reseller who sold it to you.

How to request a refund

1. Message us on WhatsApp or use our contact page.
2. Include the email address you ordered with, your plan and a short description of the problem.
3. We usually reply in under 5 minutes. Where the refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method.

How long refunds take

Once approved, we issue refunds promptly. Depending on your payment method and bank, it can take several business days for the money to appear in your account.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
