This Privacy Policy explains how Mega IPTV (“we”, “us”), the service operated at mega-iptv.shop, collects and uses your personal data, and the choices and rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

- Order form: your name, email address, the device you plan to use, your chosen plan, and optionally your WhatsApp number. For MAG boxes, your box’s MAC address.
- Free-trial form: your email address, your device and optionally your WhatsApp number.
- Contact form, email and chat: your name, email address and anything you write to us.
- Payments: payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but not your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and conversions in aggregate. It does not use cookies or build a profile of you across websites.
- Service logs: when you stream, our servers process technical data such as your IP address, connection times and device type to deliver streams, enforce connection limits and prevent abuse.
